Will look at h0472 asap. It wasn’t even printed when we learned about S1210. Will keep everyone posted as quickly as possible. We’re doing our best.

I did go to the website which is a .gov site btw. Here are the actual figures for the state of Idaho for big pharma pay out for both medical and non-medical.

Here is what I found in general about Idaho, the state. (For non-physician payment)Since 2020 thru 2023 Idaho had 25,849 payments (there is no info for 2024 yet). The total dollars paid out was $1,154,194.59. (For physician payment) 30,546 payments for $10,481,684.10 dollars paid out.

There are many options on the payouts which I did not do. For example, If I do the search on Idaho for payout, for yr 2017-2023, general payment, physicians, all nature of payments (which includes some payments that may be or are legit) I get total dollars paid out for the 6yrs is $44,729,499.26.

Blood curdling!

You think that's blood curdling. The total number of physician payouts equaling 65,124,632 for the entire U.S. for the 6 years( 2017-2023) is

$15,549,246,413.05. This is anything related whether it's consulting or not. The question is....where does pharma get 16 billion to just hand out like candy. That's a billion dollars a year and we already know the profits are astronomical. Anyway..as I said, it's all about greed. Good Luck.

There was a time, when Idaho could be called a red state. Unfortunately, Idaho like Texas, Montana, Oregon and others inherited an influx of liberals from mostly California who were fleeing the mess they themselves helped to create and have now brought it to these states and others. I do hope Idahoans are successful in repealing this. As for my beautiful state, the influx of liberals started back in the early 90's and is lost. The democrats have been in control of our government for 38 yrs. Unfortunately, you can be assured that most politicians and doctors are bought and paid for by big pharma. There is a website where you can look up even your own doctor to see how much big pharma is paying them. Some lookups are miniscule and then there are those like one of my own doctors is receiving over $100,000 a year. I can give you the website. It always comes down to $$/greed.

Actually, more conservatives have been moving to Idaho the past probably 10 years.

Pediatricians are heavily incentivized by insurance companies and pharma (mostly one in the same) to give pediatric shots.

Yes, please share the website showing big pharma payments!

People also can look up donors to politicians at Idaho's Secretary of State website, but we suspect at least some of the dollars and influence are hidden, just like USAID:

- Sunshine report (candidate/PAC donations): https://sunshine.voteidaho.gov/login

- Sunshine report (Lobbyists — search information by lobbyists, clients / employers, lobbyist expenditures, and bills monitored): https://sunshine.voteidaho.gov/lobbyists

Note that many recent escapees to Idaho are staunch conservatives who are working hard to preserve freedom. It's the entrenched Idahoans in government who often are the problem.

Still the voters -- especially new arrivals -- are woefully uneducated about how things work in Idaho. We attempted to create a useful voting guide, but like so much information we've put together, the guide has gone largely unnoticed: https://eolson47.substack.com/p/idaho-voting-guide-updated-91423

This makes my stomach turn. I see nothing in this bill that stops schools from sending home a sick child. Override this veto!

You are 100% right. NOTHING in the bill stops schools from sending home a sick child. Please contact the Idaho Senators and Representatives, even if you don't live in Idaho. And tell the Governor that he is misleading the public with his incorrect statements.

Thank you for caring!

They fixed the bill when they wrote then amended a new one. The bill signed into law on 04/04/25 -- S1210 -- now prevents schools from sending home children who are HEALTHY but exempt from vaccinations. (Schools were already able to send sick children home; we re-checked other laws. The governor's veto statement was incorrect.)
