America on Life Support: Every State Needs Election Integrity!
VOTER ID! NO STATE should implement Ranked Choice Voting or Open Primaries. REPORT ISSUES. Implement measures like those in Virginia and proposed in Idaho.
Without Election Integrity, Verifiable Voter ID & One-Legal Citizen One-Vote Elections, America will Fail!
Last update: 11/19/24
🚨🩹🩺 America is on life support! If we want our country to exit the emergency room alive, we have a big job ahead of us. A key first step to reviving America: Ensure one-person one-vote, free and fair elections (and, of course, only legal citizens can vote).

🆕 What Happened with VOTER ID in 2024?
Verifiable photo Voter ID is a must to ensure free and fair elections. Not sufficient, but necessary.

Common Sense Election Integrity Ideas
NO STATE (including Idaho) should implement Ranked Choice Voting or Open Primaries.
EVERY STATE should implement common-sense election integrity measures like those in Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin’s Executive Order 35 (2024) or Idaho’s Citizen’s Committee for Election Integrity.
Let’s take a look…
1️⃣ NO: Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) & Open Primaries
🆕 DEFEATED! Proposition 1 “Idaho Open Primaries Act” on the Nov 5, 2024 Idaho ballot proposes both ranked choice voting (RCV) and open/jungle “top-four” primaries. Neither of these is good for the future of our state. On November 5, 2024, IDAHO RESOUNDINGLY VOTED “NO” on the Proposition 1 ballot initiative!
2️⃣ SECURE: Virginia-Style Election Integrity
Virginia Governor Youngkin truly understands election integrity. His 2024 Executive Order (EO) 35 “protects the casting of legal ballots by legally eligible voters in Virginia's elections, including with stringent ballot security, complete and thorough counting machine testing, and best-in-the-nation voter list maintenance.”
Every state should implement Virginia-style election integrity measures:
First through immediate executive order by Governors and implementation by Secretaries of State (because, well, we have big elections coming up in November 2024);
Then through appropriate state Constitutional amendments or Statute changes passed by legislatures.

🆕 NOTE: We could not find mention of photo ID for voting (in person, absentee, etc.), but we believe it’s an essential part of proving the voter’s identity and right to vote.
🗝️ Transparency in Voting & Counting
100% paper ballots which provide a physical record of the voter's intent
Use of paper ballot counting machines, not voting machines
Strict chain of custody for ballots with daily reconciliation during early voting
Application required to receive a mail ballot — no mass mailing of ballots
Counting machines tested prior to every election
Counting machines not connected to the internet
Drop boxes under 24/7 monitoring
🗝️ Certification of Election Security Procedures
Ballot Security.
Counting Machine Testing and Certification.
Triple-Check of Election Result Accuracy.
🗝️ Certification of Accuracy of Voter Lists
Daily updates to protect voter lists.
🗝️ Referral for False Claims of Citizenship
Department of Motor Vehicles generates a daily file of all non-citizens transactions, including addresses and document numbers. All registrars must cancel the registrations of non-citizens who have registered to vote in a local, state, or federal election by falsely claiming that they are a citizen.
🗝️ Awareness Campaign for Election Security
The Department of Elections shall encourage and provide information to all general registrars to post or provide to voters directly regarding election-related offenses and their punishments.
2️⃣ SECURE: Idaho-Style Election Integrity
On January 2, 2021, the 28 members of the Citizens Committee for Election Integrity adopted the following standards (these are quoted directly from an 11/14/24 article by Brent Regan in Idaho Dispatch) 🆕
All voting processes, other than those needed to preserve the privacy of a citizen’s vote, must be open and available for direct observation, with no minimum distance requirements, and audit by agents of the candidates or parties.
All election materials must have a secure chain of custody at all times.
Election officials must be accompanied by observers when accessing any election materials. Records of the chain of custody shall be complete and available for audit.
All votes, regardless of voting method, shall be held to equal standards.
Voters shall only be qualified electors that are able to verifiably provide their government issued photo identity before being issued a ballot. Voters who provide false information, including information of voter qualification, should face severe penalties.
As a condition of being issued a ballot, the voter’s identity and signature must be recorded in a permanent record (Poll Book).
Original Ballots must have a physical form that allows voting choices to be examined and properly interpreted by the naked eye.
Ballots must have features designed to prevent counterfeiting.
An auditable system for tracking the status of all ballots must be implemented and maintained in the State of origin. The total number of printed ballots must equal the sum of the number of cast ballots, spoiled ballots, and unvoted ballots.
Ballot tabulation must be conducted by two independent and unrelated systems. The difference in totals between the two systems must be less than one half the margin of victory or 0.1% of the vote total, whichever is less. Tabulating machines must only tabulate and not modify ballots in any way, or be connected to the internet.
Before the results of an election can be certified, the ballot counts must be reconciled with the voter records. The margin of uncertainty must be less than one half the margin of victory or 0.1% of the vote total, whichever is less.
Lists of qualified electors must be purged of unqualified persons 180 days before an election. Voter Rolls should be vetted and compared with available government records to identify duplicate or ineligible registrations.
Laws and regulations governing an election may not be changed for 180 days prior to that election.
All election records should be retained and preserved for not less than 22 months.
Voter identification for provisional ballots must be verified, with information provided by the voter, prior to that ballot being counted.
Resolution: A Resolution to Further Secure Idaho Elections 🆕
Jackie Davidson, Ada County PC 1614, put forth a resolution to secure Idaho elections on November 14, 2024. The resolution states that the Idaho State Republican Party:
Encourages in-person voting as the preferred method of voting in Idaho.
Supports legislative efforts to prohibit the practice of third-party organizations from sending absentee applications to registered or eligible voters.
Supports legislative efforts to eliminate ‘no excuse’ absentee voting.
Will continue to protect the right of persons to vote absentee that are serving in the military, have legitimate physical limitations, or have other valid reasons that prevent them from voting in person.
