Thank you for your message and for sharing your thoughts about chemtrail concerns and geoengineering.
As you may be aware, the terms “chemtrails” and “geoengineering” are often used in discussions about aircraft condensation trails, or regarding the intentional release of chemicals or biological agents into the atmosphere.
To further examine these concerns, I recently sent a formal inquiry on April 14, 2026, to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), requesting clarification on weather modification practices, oversight, and reporting requirements. This letter seeks detailed information on NOAA’s role, any experiments conducted, and the broader impact of weather modification activities on our climate.
I am also aware of H.R. 7452, the Air Quality Act, which was introduced by Representative Steube on February 9, 2026, to address concerns related to air quality monitoring, transparency, and environmental health. The stated goal of this legislation is to strengthen oversight and improve public access to information regarding air emissions and atmospheric conditions. As with all legislation, this bill will be carefully reviewed as it moves through the legislative process.
Furthermore, the House Oversight Committee Subcommittee held a hearing examining transparency surrounding government weather modification and climate engineering activities. I want to assure you that I am actively tracking this issue and appreciate constituents like you who take the time to raise thoughtful concerns.
